A data center site, ready to build.
Six hectares zoned and ready to build, with roughly 30 hectares more to develop. 1.3 km from Fingrid’s substation with access to up to 500 MW, a detailed plan already in force, and a building permit application pending.
Everything a data center needs — already in place.
Kangasala offers a fast start. The groundwork is done: land secured, grid capacity within reach, and the detailed plan for the first 6 hectares in force.
Map of the DataPark Kangasala site. The Phase I and II plots, 6 hectares in total, are zoned and ready to build; the larger Phase III area alongside them holds roughly 30 hectares for further development. Fingrid's 400 kV substation lies 1.3 km to the north-west with up to 500 MW available, Elenia's substation lies just to the south, and both the 400 kV and 110 kV lines run past the site.
In the heart of the Tampere region.
Kangasala sits at the edge of the Tampere metropolitan area, with direct road connections and a strong industrial base.
